I recharged some AP yesterday through Steam and, despite having received the AP in my account, whenever I try to buy something in the store I receive the following error: <System> item mall request buy error 99. Has anyone ever experienced this? Can you help me? I really want to buy my precious wings! >.<

Item Mall Request Buy 99 is common error in Aeria Games.
It's probably your first time buying AP, so they will need to verify your Account first!
To do that, you will need to send in a ticket to the support
