Information about upcoming bug fixes and the new patch

    First of all, we apologize for the long wait.

    Thank you for being patient with us on several bug fixes such as making Phantom Palace accessible and/or being able to do Senshi Sagas again. We wanted to explain what is currently happening and the reason why it's taking a long time to fix.

    Soon after we went live with Patch 10, we had a miscommunication with X-Legend, where they accidentally gave us Patch 11 in our test environment.

    We can't downgrade a version once it has been applied. When we apply a patch to the live version, the server that you play on is synchronized with the test environment, so both servers have the same version and content. The same concept applies to a bug fix patch, both versions will need to be synchronized to apply the patch during the maintenance.

    The problem: We would need to synchronize them, but we have a new patch on the test environment.

    The result: A broken patch containing localization errors and untested content needing bug fixes.

    From a technical standpoint, it is not possible to only apply the fixes. We must wait for the complete patch before we can apply both fixes and the new patch.

    The expected patch/bug fix date is estimated to be within 2-3 weeks from now.
